Italian

Antonio Floris was born in Villasimius, on the island of Sardinia, in 1956. He started helping his mother in the kitchen at the age of seven, moved to mainland Italy at sixteen to work in hotels and restaurants, summers on the coast and winters in the Alps, and arrived in England at eighteen to join his older brother Giuseppe at Milanos in Leeds.

Yes, a lively room made for groups and families

There is a proper Italian wine list to go with dinner, from soft, easy drinking Merlot, a good first red for anyone new to it, up to bigger, richer reds full of dark fruit. Soft drinks for the kids, and plenty of diners tell us the wine is as good as the food. If you cannot manage dinner in one sitting, we will box it up so you can take it home.
